Berat badan turun lagi, wow! memang diet yang sangat menjadi .....

Kalau last month berjaya kurangkan berat badan, and now almost end of December kan, so brapa banyak yang berkurangan ya???? memang very looking forward untuk timbang berat badan ... memang berharap ada pengurangan berat T_T ....

daripada 70kg (July), then down to 67kg (Oct), then down to 63.7kg (Nov) ...........

December ni apa cerita ???? so ............. let's la timbang menimbang .....  hoooooooooorayyyyyyyyyyyy ............. apa tu? apa tu? .....

akhirnya!


berjaya lagi beat that 1kg away ........... walaupun didn't reach target, kununnya mau hilangkan 3kg by end of Dec'15, tapi still happy la kan dapat hilangkan 1.1kg untuk sebulan .................

so now, my current weight is 62.6kg, dan target mrs pip is 60kg by end of thus year, but it's ok la, kena extra work next year .... so far, mrs pip sudah hilang 7.4kg since July this year, walaupun mmg target mau beat off 10kg kan ....

dan yang paling best, diet kali ni mrs pip tidak menggunakan sebarang pil pelangsingan badan, or diet supplement (mahal ooooo, ndak mampu mau beli) ..... dan no workout separuh mati mau hilangkan lemak , no no no .... mrs pip diet yang biasa biasa jerrrrrrrrr ....
